   *cute* :) I remember waiting for my letter in the mail. Of course, I was too much in a hurry and ended up calling & getting the secretary at the office to tell me if I got in or not. woohoo :)

   I have the NCLEX-PN made easy. I like it alot and it has actually helped me do some of my clinical work. I've seen those little flip books of nursing notes and those look like something handy to have as well...kinda pricey though...

   That sounds like a horrible teacher! I do admit though, that if someone says that I'm going to fail, or that I can't possibly do something then I strive my best to prove them wrong.

   yes, you definatly want the eartubs pointing towards your nose :) Try bending the metal part inwards and then outwards so that it won't feel like it's pushing into your brain. I had the same problem with my stethoscope at first until I did that. xox...

   Hey, I have a question. I'm having problems hearing respirations with my stethoscope (it's a good one, a Littman, the lightweight model). I can hear pulses and bowel signs fine but I'm having problem hearing the breathing. Any tips? xoxo Kay

    My laptop has a crappy battery and I there isn't a outlet to plug it into anyways. I am probably just going to write out my notes w/ pen & paper and type them up later. oh, I want a pda, that would be so convenient I bet.

    Golly! That is expensive for just one class. My total for all my books this year is 600 bucks---that is about 10 books or so though. Hugs, Kay

    I start on Monday. (the 11th) My list of stuff to do before school started included cleaning the house top to bottom. I have got a lot done but I wish I had of worked on it more.
