    What do you mean re-register? technicaly, you pay 268 to be assessed and recomended for SEC. after that you can either take the exam first or aply for temporary registration for you to be able to work on another requirement - 200+ hrs (cant remember)...

    Unless you already have one, the problem lies in getting a visa to complete SEC..embassy's too strict with this one..search for topics on SEC so you'll see some of the experiences of the posters who applied for visas. hope this helps oh and congrats ...
