   Stick with it! It will reward you in the end and for the rest of your life. Their really is no better job and I've tried a few. Just do not get embroiled in the pettiness, stay aloof and have an outside life.

    Why not per diem at several places allowing you to make up your required shifts and it also allows you to work the hrs. you want. Also nurse agencies in the area.
