   Hello Alex i do believe that you must not work as a CNA for 2 years in order for your license to laps, but the laws may be diferent in cali, i would call my state board of nursing and find out if it had lapsed or not you may be lucky.

   I am not a nurse, I am a C.N.A and I think that your best bet would be to go to a C.N.A. class and be a cna for a while, if you like that then go to college and get the pre reqs out of the way, Yes their is a long wait list and it is very competitive...
