   Wow that bites....but you handled yourself very well...! Some advice I have been given..."Don't cry, get angry instead...never let them see you cry! and a good response to being yelled at is when they are done....Just say "Are you finished?" and walk...

2. Do you prefer 12 hour or 8 hour shifts?

   The 12's I find are better...You know your patients better... and you have more time to do everything in your day. Yes all you do is work eat and sleep but when ur off you are off the whole day.
