   I got in from my night shift a couple of hours ago. I got about one hour sleep. My neighbour is having a new bathroom fitted. It always seems like there is more noise when you are trying to sleep during the day. :zzzzz I feel dreadful.

   Thanks for that folks. I will check in again later to see any more replies. I agree it is a minefield when restraint is used. We also have a duty of care. I think the 1:1 is probably the way our policy will go.
