    What does everyone consider to be excessive sick leave. If a Nurse has beetween 10-14 sick days a year for a full time nurse 40 hours per week is that excessive? Very interested in your opinions. We until recently had 8 paid sick leave days per year....

    You guys are so lucky to be able to wear scrubs. I work in an acute and elective orthopaedic ward in a big Public Hospital in New Zealand and we are not allowed to wear scrubs....we wear a white dress with blue epelets and buttons down the front blue...
