   What does everyone consider to be excessive sick leave. If a Nurse has beetween 10-14 sick days a year for a full time nurse 40 hours per week is that excessive? Very interested in your opinions. We until recently had 8 paid sick leave days per year....

   where I work we are provided with 6 uniforms, The hospital will wash then or you can do it yourself......then just pick them up form the uniform room

   Hi, Thanks everybody for their replies, you guys are lucky to have so many aids, we have 27 patients and anywhere from 4-6 nurses maximun, usually only 4 and we have only 1 aid for the whole ward. This is an afternoon shift as that is all I word 2.30...
