   Its is Salem County but that is strictly for the weekend program and at this time they have a waiting list for that. I would look into places with a Baylor program which is pretty much what that is....the facility is called Southgate.

   I dont know about Cape May area but I work in a LTC facility where we work 2 12 hr shifts each weekend and are paid for 36 hours..thats both LPNs and RNs

   where I work the home care pay is less then what I would make in a hospital. I prefer hourly rate pay because it is a steady paycheck, when I worked per diem I never knew what my checks would be like

   I live in NJ and have been in HH for almost 10 years. The per diem rates you mentioned are pretty much in sync with out per diem rates here, We have mileage reinbursement of I think 42 cents per mile over 12 miles daily...there is payment for oncall...
