    I don't know how much the tuition is but I know it's expensive. I have a classmate who transfered from there for financial reasons. Have you checked their website? Or maybe you should give them a call.

    If I'm not mistaken, to be a licenced/registered professional here you need to be a citizen or legal resident. I know because my best friend went through a lot of trouble to get her licence after gratuating (as a dental hygienist).
