   i am in manteca ca. kaiser offered $34.oo (stockton ca.) i am 1hr from san jose. and 1:20 from sf. living is cheaper in this area. my home is 4yrs old and i paid 330,000 new. 4b & 2bath one story and custom built pool. san jose too expensive.
