    Knowing that I have made a difference. Unfortunately, in this day and age, it seems that we are fighting beaurocracy in order to treat our patients as people and not some annoyance that has to be shipped out as fast as possible.

    I agree. We also list ALL allergies as this might show a latent allergy related to an existing one. The Dr should have been more specific in his request, but he sounds a bit of a ditz.
