   I couldn't agree more. I also use the back of my hand and strive for minimal exposure. The pt's always appreciate a no-nonsense attitude.

   50 room level 2 trauma center--1:2 in the trauma rooms, 1:3 in high acuity, 1:4 in lower acuity sections--but if we're slammed we pull out the extra beds for hall patients.
