    Where I work in a LTC....there are LPN's that have been there 2-3 yrs and just got their RN and are having to take a pay cut as new RN's

    Water temp has NOTHING to do with antiseptic hand washing as per the CD ...it ALL has to do with the soap and TIME you actually wash your hands...just FYI

    I agree TOTALLY with ALL above comments and would add that if you DON'T get the job that you actually have a civil suit in your favor as well since that person ILLEGALLY cost you a potential salary/wages, etc.
