   couldnt agree more, and I currently work there. There is a HIGH nurse turnover rate. New grad nurses stay for about a year and they leave. i hate this ghetto hospital so much.

   This sucks but oh well that doesnt stop me from working in any federal hospital in Maryland. Lunah how long were you in the Army? Did you do a direct accession into the Nurse Corps after your BSN?
