    Most favorite DX: anything that calls for me to "save" them....AAA (cool) love DKA, lots of gtt's and complications. Least favorite.....G.I. bleeds...ick, always smell, unstable angina...(yawn...boring) and overdoses, who get mucomyst.....ick:rolley...
