    twinmama,
I have not. I am coming in on the 15th to close on our new house then return to work in the new orleans area for a week then will start to look. Any suggestions other than North Miss., don't they have a branch in Pontotoc? Any idea on the pay? 26 years...
    Thanks

    Help me please!!!!
sorry about that, thought for a moment I was back in the er lobby with out my badge and could not get into the er....

    Hey guys/gals,
My wife and I are coming up 4-23 to the 24th to look at a house and I would like some input on a good place to consider to work at. I will do my research but just would like a path to follow to the light..... The last place I interviewed at was Alabama-Birmingham when we almost bought a house there....A great way to check out a ER is to go the day before your interview and sit in the ER lobby for 1-2 hours.... you really get an idea of what the variables are...gotta say the patients were certainly alot nicer than what I am use to..

come on, any body with a GPS??? Whats a good pplace to start..
    Thanks

The fourth floor is still being worked on but they do have beds on the fourth floor that open up when they can find the staff.

Hey all new to the board, thought we could share some strang encounters in triage......

...as the 24yr male entered triage I asked what's wrong today? He replies my "ovories" hurt...... there is a time for pt education and there is a time when it's not....this is clearly one of those time its not.....
    Whats yours?

My wife and I are in the process of moving to the area, we should be closing on our new house with in 6 weeks. I am looking for help and advise? I don't want to break any rules being new but I think these questions are ok and not a enlistment thing. If wrong please advise.
Are there any sign on bonus/relocation monies being offered in this area?
What can I expect with >20 yrs er/icu experience? I will be calling the board in am, how long does it take to get a license?
    Thanks for any replies,

I am not shure if this is where you are to introduce your self as a new member or not but this is where the link directed me to. I am not really old old but do have 20 years experience. My family and I are in the process of buying a home in the great state of Missippi. I love to hunt and always wanted a peice of land in the country. I am going to do it now and enjoy myself instead of waiting for the golden years when I will be to old to drag a deer out on my own.
Looking forward to talking to some of you about nursing issues and employment issues in Missippi.
    Thank You
