I know this is from August, but maybe is still relevant to you or someone else. I would try to stay atleast 6 months. Since it isn't soul crushingly stressful, even 1 year. The hospital will be there when you're ready. No rush.

Hi, thank you for your reply. Usually only about 4-8 rehab patients need incontinent care. The most time consuming part of the night is VS, I'm hoping for tips on how to streamline all the duties
