    It was actually easier than I thought it would be. It's about a 30 min interview and then you select from 3 topics to write an essay on.

    The feedback I received on the ELMSN CM program is that students have job offers before graduating. However, I'm not sure if that is specifically in a hospital setting. You qualify to take the NCLEX after the 4th semester.
