    I work Critical Care at Sanford in Sioux Falls. I commute from Vermillion which is about a 45 min. drive. My clinical site is Sioux City. Married with children so roomate is out LOL....Congrats as well.....I am very nervous and excited.

    I agree. Over the last year my critical care dept has merged. I may have a surgical patient in one room and a neoru with an extra ventricular drain next door or a trauma MVC one more down. I like this it gives me more exposure to different patient...

    I worked ER for 9 years. I recently transfered to Critical Care without any floor experience. Tell her to go for it she will we OK.
  9. Is Ativan 10 mg po per dose too much?

    For that instance that is way too much ativan 10mg sounds more like a Valium dose. If he was an alcoholic and were worried about DT's that could be an acceptable dose depending what his CIWA score was.
