   Yes I did. What I'm trying to figure out is the fingerprint part. It is very confusing on their site and application. I sent them an email since I can't get a hold of anyone.

   What about the fingerprints?? It won't let me get a fingerprint card on identogo. Do I need to wait for them to process the application first and then get the fingerprint card?
