   Maybe it is a shortage area? Not quite sure whether to go ahead. By the votes so far it doesnt seem that common. Maybe I will mention this to the supervisor.

   We are being asked frequently to precept over the FT staff and they are feeling inadequate and unappreciated. I don't want to cause any animosity.
