About RLDickman

RLDickman has 29 years experience and specializes in Patient Safety, Quality Management, ICU.

I graduated with an Associates in Nursing from a small community college in 1987 and began work as a night-shift oncology nurse. Since then, I obtained my BSN, then MSN, and worked in a variety of fields including bone marrow transplant, neonatal ICU, trauma ICU, organ procurement, inpatient rehab, and finally, quality management. In addition to the joy of helping people in need, I love the diversity and opportunity that nursing provides, and always encourage young people to consider a career in nursing.
