   Tried today with md does not want it as a standing order. Will keep reporting to management. I also spoke with the patient to go to case manager everytime he is refused the med.

   I agree. I doesn't matter if the nausea is caused by anxiety. We still nned to treat it. I will speak to his md again about a standing order.

   Zofran does seem to work. He eats just fine. No vomiting
