   I think it doesn't matter if you do not have Pharmacology subject. I also do not have pharma subject in my transcript of records (because it was not in the old curriculum) but they recognised my BScN. Cheers!

   If IHNA provides Cert of Enrollment (CoE), student visa is still the best and safest visa. I think you have to discuss it with your agent. :)
