   I took the NCLEX in January and primarily used UWorld. I liked it. The rationales were good, and comprehensive, plus there were a lot of delegation, prioritization, and SATA. I also used ATI, because that was what my school used. I did pass.

    For prioritization, we were told ABCs, Maslow's heirarchy, change in LOC, acute before chronic, and chest pain were useful in figuring out priorities. And safety, always! I found UWorld helpful, it had a lot of SATA and prioritization questions.
