   I paid online already. I'm just wondering how will I include my secondary diploma. The updated forms the CGFNS provided were my college academic form and license form. Should include it to my college form and attach it with supplemental form?

   If you're looking for the forms. You need to pay online first. The CGFNS will provide it online. For secondary education, I have no idea how to include it.
