    Hi all, I'd like to clarify. I was accepted to a critical care new graduate program that is 11 weeks with classroom and clinical work. Then I will begin orientation on my floor. I apologize for the confusion and I appreciate everyone's concern.

    If you look through the FH website you can find individual numbers for each hospitals HR. I think new grads only get hired through the GN program but I could be wrong.

    It's definitely 5:1 and a true oncology PCU. I think the reason the patient load is so high is because the floor has techs?? I'm not sure.
