Yea i totally understand that! However, working 7p-7a technically one would be working evening and night. So I was just wondering if both apply. Most night shift differentials have just a flat rate. So that kind of caught my eye.

The recruiter has a number on the bottom of the email. I called her and was able to get in contact with her before the invitations came out. I would suggest either calling her or emailing if you have any questions. I know it's a bit confusing.
