oh nogood for you.
Its fine. You have to wait for like 6 weeks upon paying for the reg fee cos that's what happened in my application. They deducted the fee and no one emailed me if they have receive my application or what and the next thing happened was my RO (thats the first time i receive an email from ahpra) is asking for an extension which we do not have a choice but to wait for them to decide.
hello, thank you for taking time to respond with my query. How long did it take for you to receive your letter? did they still ask for supporting documents after they sent the extension email?
It took them 6 weeks to inform me that my application already commenced and they told me that i lacked a single document so i sent my requirement right away that took 1 week for them to received and they email me saying that they are requesting for an extension until December but it only took 6 weeks again for them to release my LOE so its like i spent almost 13 weeks for my application.
1) Yeah, you need the LOE from ACN to put up a visa application. 2) I highly recommended that you get your whole vaccination thing done from your home country. Just vaccination (GP fee and vaccine cost) will cost you around 600-700 dollars in Australia.
Thank you for the info. Are you already starting your BP? is it in ACN? Can i get your email cos i have lots of question. Thank you.
the endorsment letter coming from your school to ched should be original . I did not include it in the AHPRA. Because CHED will only gave a letter detailing that your BSN is externally acredited by them during your school time and that is the one they will sent to the AHPRA in my case . I dont know if other regional ched follow the same policy .what follow up are you trying to mean? I dont get your point. if it pertains to AHPRA never wait for follow up documents they will ask from you as it will take time and your given a deadline in my case the case officer gave me only 3wks to supply the USRN cert of good standing, and you will never know if you can beat the deadline, so might as well request and complete what the requirements stated in the ahpra website.
Read again the agos 40 , everything is there . Goodluck :-)
HI!
I have a concern regarding the request for USRN certificate of good standing. I have read your post and my RO is also requesting for a USRN certificate of good standing, is it the same as the license verification? and may I know how did you request for a copy? thank you in advance.
Hi,May I know how did you request for a USRN certificate of good standing? and is it the same as license verification? thank you
Good standing is a certificate given by the board we are registered with stating that we do not have any diciplinary actions against us during our service as a RN. So you should request your good standing from the board you are registered with in the USA. Mostly it shoulld be done on their website.
Usually the board is supposed to send the certificate directly to AHPRA. Nursing boards in India,Gulf and philippines hand over the certificate and an envelope(with their address printed) and ask us to post it ourselves, so that the tracking will be easy. Check with the board in the USA regarding the same.
Of course I wouldn't mind and I'm glad I could be of help :) I would like to share with you and to those just starting what I have submitted to AHPRA (WA). I just submitted my application 1st week of this month1. CTC of the following:
-- passport
-- birth certificate (actually, only submitting a passport will do as a minimum identity requirement for those applying overseas but I just added this as an additional identity document).
-- educational transcript, RLE, diploma, course/subject description
-- board certificate, board rating, PRC ID
-- employment certificate, job description, training certificates, skills checklist
2. Original document:
-- CV
3. Print out:
-- ICHC reference page (the result will be forwarded to AHPRA)
4. Photocopy:
-- english test result (if you completed your test within the past 2 years, only a copy will do)
*COGS from PRC to AHPRA via DHL only took 3 days (2 days earlier than my AGOS 40, which is also by DHL). My COGS was processed within the day. Just paid PHP200 to rush the process and the certificate was ready in 2 hours.
It took my application 15 working days before I got my referral to bridging letter. However, it took 4 working days upon AHPRA's receipt of my application before sending me an email that they have received my application.

Good day to all im sorry i was in a rush earlier this morning and so eager to reply when i saw this thread on google, i didn't read that this site has an english only policy.
i would like to rephrase my inquiry,
im a filipino RN currently working in the UAE as an EMT, i dont plan to stay long here and im planning to take my AHPRA possibly next year, it's difficult for me to have access to the required documents since im here in the UAE. Since the thread already reached 606pages i think it's difficult to start from page 1. Im asking help for those fellow filipinos out there:
Does anybody here has a brief yet specific step by step process in ahpra?
i saw the requirements from a post of someone here stating that:
"1. CTC of the following:

3. based on the requirements "educational transcript, RLE, diploma, course/subject description"
will the school be be sending these documents to AHPRA directly? if yes does AHPRA has only 1 mailing address? is the Course subject really necessary and "pharmacy CD?" as said by our school registrar because it's expensive the course description (1st year to 4th year) costs 6k PHP alone
4. regarding to COGS from PRC do they mail this as well directly to ahpra? do they already know where to send the documents?
5. what do they mean about "skills checklist"
6. ICHC - International criminal history check do we do this online?
7. it get confused on their website i already registered and do i just need to fill up my details and fill up as well all the registration forms and submit it on the site?
i have so many questions but mainly more on the process of ahpra, there are lot of confusing articles that needs clarifications on the site thats why i rely on this
thank you for answering in advance!!!

Hello bro, hope you don't mind helping me too. My application was withdrawn on 25th of last month because my COGS didn't get there on time. I will be grateful to get a lead from you too. However, I don't understand how to use this forum well enough. I will appreciate if you don't mind getting to me on my email [email protected]. Thanks a lot.
