thank you om'sar i would just like to clarify if i should present tor, diploma or any other documents aside from the template from ahpra?

I did not ask my mom about it since she is the one fixing my documents, probably she brought an endorsement letter from our school together with my school credentials like diploma, transcript...

Anybody from feu?

reindeguzman i would just like to ask what other documents did you presented to paascu aside from the template from ahpra. Im just asking help from my friend in manila thats why i have to make sure everything is ready before he will go there. Is it paascu on quezon city? Is it the same with paascu cubao. Hope you could help me.

Hi Mae..my school was accredited by PACUCOA but I did some research regarding PAASCU. PAASCU's office is located at Cubao and you can google for the exact address. Although my school provided an endorsement letter, I think its not necessary, maybe you could just present some proof that you graduated in your university. Perhaps TOR and diploma would suffice since the year you attended the program is written there. I can email you sample of the endorsement letter.

You made me so happy reindeguzman. Kindly forward it to me [email protected] thank you

I reckon that CHED is the major accreditation agency which all Higher educational Institutions adhere in terms of their program of studies or curriculums are concerned in the Philippines.

Private accreditation agency such as Paascu is still being regulated and monitored by CHED. It is not compulsory but it's just voluntary to submit for a private accreditation. It's only CHED who can foreclose a higher educational institution if it sees that it is having bogus or irrelevant program of studies especially nursing schools having the lowest or zero passing percentile for NLE.

yep its ched but they dont refused to make the template provided by ahpra saying they have their own format. I was thinking that ahpra is so strict they might not accept it if we dont comply with their letter format.

Just to share, my mom went to CHED but she was not entertained at all, such a waste of time. Usually, colleges are accredited by PACUCOA OR PAASCU. Both accreditation authorities are recognized by CHED.

Also, in my opinion, if a certain college is accredited by these private accreditation authorities it only means that they pass all the criteria needed to be accredited. Definitely, they will not accredit a college that is not authorized by CHED. If you do some reading, you will see that it is a challenge for a college to reach accreditation to level IV. Most nursing colleges are accredited to level 1 or 2.

went to CHED NCR in UPD 2 weeks ago and they accepted my request. I just submitted the template from AHPRA and my credentials i.e TOR, diploma and RLE that were stampled as certified true copies by my school. they also asked for a P40 fee.

Hi she_pinayRN so ched ncr is that the one in quezon city? So they really complied with the letter template of ahpra? Because ched cagayan de oro said they have their own format. They call it cav. Im just concern that aphra might not honor it since they are pretty strict with their template.
