Hello All!
I recently gained some information about Med Life institute. They are an LPN-RN school (with other nursing programs as well) located in Florida which offers an online/blended format way to earn your RN. After speaking to the representative she told me you come to FL for a week take some tests and exams to begin classes then do the rest online. The clinical portion is held in New Jersey at an affiliated hospital then at the end of the program you come back to take some more tests and exit exam. The total program runs about 9 months
I checked the Florida BON and saw that the school is legit and you can test for you NCLEX RN after passing the courses. This blended format is new however with the first class beginning in August of this year. I was wondering if:
A. Anyone has any experience with MedLife
B. Anyone in in the August blended class
C. Anyone is in the midst of applying to the January 18 class like myself?
Thanks In Advance to ALL responses.

I would give it a shot although I didn’t go to Naples I went to Fort Lauderdale but like I said I finished in 6 months some people finished in 3 months if they had most of the nursing courses and there were no issues as long as your tuition is paid and you pass the exit your name will get to the boards are you doing it online in Naples or you have to physically go to class.
What school did you do your RN to BSN bridge and did u have any issues bridging it?
@Hoepfully RN I'm not sure who they're Accredited by tbh but I agree, all the bad reviews are coming from people who didn't make it through the program and people who couldn't pass the exit exam; shoot I would be mad too lol. However, I have nothing bad to say; I taught myself everything!!! Wasn't looking for anyone to hold my hand anyway. Lots of my coworkers and friends wished they jumped on board too and everyone who did have no regrets and are living their best life! People stay in my DMs asking million of questions abt the school, but unfortunately the location i attended is closing... it's a once in a lifetime opportunity and if it's offered to you, I suggest you grab it and run!!!

Yeah, you'll be fine; trust me, it's better than giving up your whole life for 2 years or more when you'll still come out with the same title and 3 months goes like that, a snap of a finger! Hope to hear from you in 3 months about your experience. Best of luck!

What kind of problems is your friend having with the endorsement? How did u apply for your state im assuming TX without having to do the endorsement? I live in TX as well

@Hoepfully RN someone told me about the medlife last week, but the Naples school. Are you still attending? How is it? So curious about this institute? Which location are you attending? Can you see your self finishes in 3 month.
Dont care about the negative reviews because they are practically all the same for ever private school. I want to get my RN and ?♀️
@Hoepfully RN I'm far away from TX, and I had no issues in my state, however one of my classmates is having issues in NJ, other classmates had no issues in NY, PA, DE ....I guess they're requiring her to provide more documentation of completion, so she's been going back and forth with them for sometime. I think the problem was that she applied through FL board of nursing and then tried to get it endorsed through NJ, whereas she should've just went through NJ once she received her permission to test because that's what the rest of us did, we just applied in our state instead of getting it endorsed. Hope that helped.
Yes you can finish in 3 months if that’s what they told you and yes if you pass everything your name will go to the boards. If you are given the opportunity don’t look back do it. I went to Fort Lauderdale and it was the best decision I ever made without medlife I would not of finished so quickly and I will be sitting my boards in NY this October with no issues applying to the board and them accepting me. I know it sounds to good to be true but believe me it’s true. You must study to be able to be successful in this program it is a little disorganized but nothing is perfect as long as you can deal with disorganization I would suggest that you take this opportunity now don’t wait because if you do and something changes it may not be an option the Fort Lauderdale campus is closing so it’s no longer a option at Fort Lauderdale so just do it and hopefully it will work out for you. good luck to you.

Hello, i was supposed to start sept 4 but due to the hurricane that was supposed to hit Florida the start date was moved to October. I am just so ready to start and be done. Yes i can see myself finishing in 3 months thats the main reason why i want to do it. I can bridge it later but at least I'll be working as an RN
