Hello everyone,

I apologize if I am posting in the wrong place. I am researching information for an assignment about adverse drug events. I was wondering if anyone had any tips for finding statistics about specific drug errors? I am looking for statistics regarding the methylphenidate and methadone being mixed up when dispensed, due to similar drug names. I have several peer-reviewed articles discussing the problem, but no information on the number of cases.

Thanks in advance!

A trick I learned may serve you. Look at the citations in those peer reviewed articles. Those links will bring you to the data that they wrote about. And, hopefully the data you seek.
