Classes are so hard to get into! Did you email the instructor(s) and ask to be placed on the waiting list? I took micro last summer and the class filled up within 2 days but the instructor started a waiting list. There were 108 people on it and out of those, about 20 showed up to the first day of class. The instructor went down the list and added 15 of them. This has happened in other classes I have taken as well. It's worth a shot! If you do get on the wait list, make sure you show up to class on time on the first day.
A little off topic, but I just started a summer philosophy class last week. The class also filled up very quickly and the instructor had a wait list from student emails. The first he thing he said was "if you're not on the wait list, you can just leave now." Turned out 5 registered students never showed up and there were only 2 extras from the wait list so we had extra seats. Later that day he told us that the people who obeyed him and left must not have wanted to be in the class that badly, and he would have added anybody who fought to be added. Good luck, hope you get in!

University of New England has a micro class that has rolling admissions, but it is pricey: www.une.edu/com/online
