Here is a thread for those who applied to Medical City Summer 2021 Nurse Residency. Applications opened up earlier, but has anyone heard back?  Good luck to us all!☺️

How did the interviews go? What types of questions did they ask/ how long were the interviews? Where they in person or though FaceTime? Any tips will be greatly appreciated!

I heard about it for ICU Stepdown at MCP, I assumed it was hospital system wide but maybe its not!

I just talked to my recruiter from Plano and she said that they just got news of the contract change this morning. She said she was planning to send out a mass email to everyone who has accepted offers today.

@mgmayburyThats great news. I hope it applies to everyone. I haven't heard anything yet, I will be a MC Arlington.  Now if they could only start us at a regular rate during training. LOL!

I was given the option to interview yesterday or Thursday. Mine is Thursday!

My interview was for MC Dallas over Facetime and it lasted 30 minutes. They asked questions about certain situations and how I would handle them, about my personality, and why I would like to work on their unit. Goodluck!

The recruiter told me 7 new grads and RN changing specialties
