Here is a thread for those who applied to Medical City Summer 2021 Nurse Residency. Applications opened up earlier, but has anyone heard back?  Good luck to us all!☺️

I completed the paperwork manually and turned them in when I went to the onboarding meeting. My email didn’t prompt me to sign on and complete online it said to print out and turn in at the onboarding. I accepted my offer and completed everything else. I just haven’t received the email for new hire meet to sign my contract for 2 years. I don’t think anyone has yet maybe close to the date.  You will have to ask about benefits I think that is when we go in to sign our contract.

Hi Everyone! Late to the party. I accepted a position at Medical City North Hills. ?

Has anyone gotten their ATT who graduated in May? I'm getting scared. If we start June 28 and haven't taken our NCLEX-RN, what will happen? When do we have to have that done?

I’m on the same boat as you! I start 6/28 and still haven’t received my ATT

Hey!! Im in the same situation right now ? I reached out to my recruiter. She said we have to have passed the NCLEX by our 4th clinical day, which should be July 19th. So we have time after our internship starts to take the exam! ??

I was told the simulation training will be held in frisco 

Do you know if the training for all the facilities will be in Frisco?

Oh thanks. That's good to hear. However, my training will be 5x a week m-f...not sure how I'm going to be able to schedule during these days/hours ? Aghhh frustrating. Please hurry TX BON!

What are ya'll using to keep fresh for the NCLEX? I'm using UWorld.

No I’m not sure, but I think they are supposed to verify my graduation to TBON tomorrow. My school took forever it’s frustrating

I’m using UWorld and Mark Klimek! His lectures are amazing. How did you get info about your training schedule? I haven’t heard anything about mine yet ?

When I went to the Onboarding appointment I asked the HR person who took our badge photos. She happened to work at Medical City North Hills HR where I will be working. She also said some of it will be online at home because of COVID.

Your 4th clinical day is July 19? My very first day of work is July 19... So I wonder if the date I have to pass by is later than that?? 

(I take it next week so hopefully that isn't a problem haha)
