Hello Everyone,

I just had an interview for an antepartum residency yesterday at Medical City Dallas. I feel like the interview went well but could've been better. Has anyone else had these feelings and still got the job? Also, has anyone else received an antepartum position?

I interviewed for L&D at MCA and thought it went horrible. They only asked me 3 questions and I completely lost my train of thought when they asked me to tell them about myself and paused for like a full minute LOL but I still got an offer! I think if you show your passion for the job then you will be okay.

Also was gonna say to make sure to send your follow up email/letter re-iterating your interest! So they remember you!

Thank you so much. That does give me a peace of mind. I kind of did that in the beginning too because that was my first question LOL. I was just so nervous! I sent the nurse manager an email this morning thanking her for the opportunity and letting her know I was excited to hear back from them. They told me I would know today so I'm still waiting around with my fingers crossed!

Would anyone be able to tell me what the availability is looking like for NCLEX testing centers in the Dallas area? Still waiting on my ATT code. Worried spots are going to fill up completely ?

Does anyone have any info on how our schedule will look during the 13 week internship portion of the residency. I heard that it may be Monday-Friday. Wondering if anyone else heard something as well.

Hi friends! My OnBoarding appointment is on Wednesday the 9th. Anyone know what we do at this appointment? What we should wear?

Wish I knew!! Haven’t heard any info yet on what our internship schedule is going to look like ?

I wore business casual, a shirt and slacks. I did see a lady wear jeans and someone else had scrubs.

Does anyone know when the new hire meet with HR will be coming? I already did the orientation onboarding meeting. It’s basically casual wear or business casual. a requirement wasn’t noted.

I was told the simulation training will be held in frisco

Since you’ve gone to onboarding; are we supposed to complete the onboarding info on our HCA account- as we did with the preboarding info? Or is this done after? Due date says June 28th...also will they speak about benefits/relocation assistance? I haven’t been able get a hold of my recruiter, so I’m kinda lost...
