I didn't see a topic for this cohort yet but the applications opened today, maybe we can keep in touch about any progress here!
Didn't apply to the residency program, but experienced RN here who just got a job offer from a Medical City facility in DFW. Recruiter stated that the hospital system is going through a "financial resiliency program"...which means they're hurting financially. Pay is much lower for new positions with HCA right now, even for experienced RN jobs.

Just finished mine with Women's Services in Lewisville. It did turn out to be a phone call, not FaceTime, and I talked to two ladies at once so it was a little difficult to hear one of them but they were very nice and easy to talk to!
Mine was less than 10 mins. I had 4 questions and I feel like I totally bombed. I feel so sick right now. I want this so badly and I've been told no so many times I'm getting discouraged. I hope I didn't screw up my chances! She didn't give a time frame but said a recruiter would get in contact with those they want to further consider for the position.

I know what you mean. I had two interviews today and I feel like I was so nervous that I bombed them both. Plus one of the interviews was on FaceTime. I was in a Superman shirt and I feel like that was showing that I wasn’t prepared. I’ve been getting rejection letters from everywhere. I really hope this works out.and I hope it works out for you too.

I hope that's not true! I make over double that right now. That will hurt! I am looking forward to the phone interviews today though. My dream job is on the line!
