Med A within 30Days

Good Day Experts,

I have a LTC patient who is picked up again under Med A within the 30 day period.

1. Do I follow the same rule, using day 8 for a 5 day OR

2. Do I use an IPA using day 1 as ARD

10/4 start of Med A.
