MDS submission problem, please help

  1. Dear MDS gurus, I need some help.

    We use pointclickcare. We had an assessment sitting in the exported area that was past the due date to be submitted. We changed the date range and successfully submitted that assessment in a batch with other assessments. However, it was a late assessment, and because point click care was moving at a snail's pace on accepting the submitted batch, we resubmitted. Both batches were submitted, the first batch were accepted, the second batch was rejected

    The problem arises in that there were several skilled assessments also batched with that original late assessment.

    Those assessments are now sitting in the "exported" section of PCC and we are unable to complete subsequent skilled MDSs.

    Can't you just mark the assessments as accepted? Besides, PCC only gives you a warning. It shouldn't prevent you from creating an assessment even though it's out of sequence.
