MCPHS Worcester Fall 2014 ABSN

Published

Hey guys!

Just wanted to see if any of you got in/ applied to MCPHS ABSN program for Fall 2014. I've been accepted and am deciding between that and another school right now and would LOVE some insight to MCPHS if you could give it.

Thanks

Congrats. I applied and got accepted. I will be attending this fall. I have visited the campus and I personally liked it. MCPHS has nice simulation labs and great campus security. It's pretty close to Boston too.

Hi. I'm also attending this fall. MCPHS was my first choice so I'm very excited!

I have been accepted as well and I will be attending in the fall!

Looking forward to meeting everyone and getting started!

Hi! I'm a current student there and love it. The program is hard but the teachers are amazing and are always available to their students. Good luck everyone :)

Hey! I was just accepted to the Fall '14 absn Worcester program a couple of days ago. I heard back about 12 days after the deadline. I am looking to connect with other accepted folks! I had to quickly jump into a summer class to finish a pre-req that was missing but I should have that completed by July. Now that I'm in I guess my biggest concern is housing, anyone have that figured out? I'm not from the area. :)

Specializes in Neuro/NSGY, critical care, med/stroke/tele.

Quick question! How did they let you know you were accepted? I've been working with them for the fall also, but even though I had my application in well before the deadline, my undergrad was in the UK so it took a while to get equivalency evaluations etc.! I haven't heard anything back saying no, lol, and last week **** said she'd keep a look out for the evaluation... I'm just holding my breath..!

Hey guys.. TO all who have gotten accepted, I am looking to apply to this program among others.

My overall is a 3.0 with a pre-req of 3.5...I also have 3yrs direct patient contact work experience as a Orthopedic Tech. I was just hoping you guys could give me an insight on what my chances would be in being accepted? anything in particular the school is looking for? etc... Maybe some of you are willing to share your GPAs and your application experience.
