Why MCI instead of TNCC or Riverside?

I didn't get in either this year so I'm just thinking about is as a backup.

Have you looked at Rappahannock CC? It's a little farther from Newport News but still doable. They have clinical sites at sentAra williamsburg and riverside in NN. They have guaranteed admissions for cnas who's completed prereq's! Which I think applies to you. Even so, they are less competitive than all the other nursing schools in hampton roads. You should check it out for next fall since I think you have a good chance of meeting their guaranteed admissions criteria.
