Mayo Clinic Student Extern 2018 in Phoenix

Hi Everyone! I was wondering if anyone on here applied to the Mayo Student Externship for this coming summer in 2018 in Phoenix. I see threads for past programs but not one for this year. I had my interview on Friday 3/9 and am hoping it went well (those behavior questions are tough!). Waiting to hear back in the next 2 weeks about if I got in or not. Hoping theres some of you out there!! Thanks

Hi thank you so much for creating this thread! I just had my interview today (3/14) and the interview questions were not easy at all! These next couple weeks are going to drag along ugh. Do you know how many people they accept??

Yes, alopas! Not easy at all. She told me there were 34 spots I believe but that hundreds and hundreds applied... so I'm trying not to get my hopes up. But that's obviously not working that well being that I check my email and mayo portal a million times. Anyways, Good luck!! Where do you go to school?

Hello! I also applied for the externship this Summer at the Mayo Clinic. I had a phone interview on 3/9. I have also been checking my email and application status so often. Hopefully we hear back soon!!!

No, I haven't heart yet! Im very anxious. From past boards it looks like offers were extended around this week last year so... fingers crossed!

I just checked my application status and it changed to interview. Did anyone else status change?
