Hey, everyone. I know it's pretty early, but I have had my eye on the Mayo Clinic Nurse Residency program in Arizona for a while. I will be graduating in December and plan on applying to their February 2022 cohort. I have seen other threads from previous cohorts that keep up with the process, information, and support each other along the way.
If you are interested in applying to this program, this thread is for you!
About me: I am from out of state, which is why I am pretty anxious to hear more information on the program. I would love to do critical care. I have not seen the residency program posted on the job board yet, so hopefully, we can keep each other updated.
Has anyone else gotten a call to set up the next Zoom email? I received mine today around 1pm!
I haven't heard anything yet, I'm hoping it's because my last name is towards the end of the alphabet ? If they even do it in alphabetical order. I'm just coming up with reasons to comfort myself ?

I haven't gotten a call back either and doubt I will; they have been calling people since last week. I kinda figured I wouldn't make it to the second interview, I'm pretty bummed out about it ☹️ I guess it's time to start applying elsewhere. Don't give up hope just yet, I'm rooting for you! ?
My sister said that recruiters must be busy with other tasks as well, and just because they'll accept around 60 newgrads or so might mean they'll interview way more before narrowing the numbers down. In other words, maybe they just haven't gotten to us yet ? fingers crossed!
