...as we head into one of the hardest weeks of the year... The last few days before Winter Break.
When Junior High kids turn into 5 year olds...
When 3rd graders are dealing with their waivering belief in a mystical being bringing toys throughout the world...
When High Schoolers are stressing over finals...
When Teachers have had more than enough and are letting students come to the health office for any minor and/or imagined thing...
When everyone who hands out gifts to school personnel forgets that the nurse exists...
May the spirit of the season stay strong!! Just a few days left and then a couple weeks off (what I feel confident saying is one of the biggest perks of this job!!)
Love you all and our own little corner of AN!!

If today is an indicator, this is going to be a very long week.
4 more wake ups. 4 more wake ups. 4 more wake ups.
Yes! That's how I count it down too! I took Friday off (dental work ) but I still need to get up and get my kiddos off to school.

I have a white board on my office door that has been counting down the days until vacation since last week! 5 days to go!

I woke up to an unexpected 2-hour delay; It was a really welcome way to start the week, and we'll end it with a half-day!

Unlimited coffee bar for teachers and staff. Until noon.
"Our espresso shots are 3x stronger than starbucks!"
I've put a sign on my door that says "no palpitation visits by teachers/staff today. Drink some water and go for a walk!"
Hahahahahaha
