American International College - BSN Program

  1. I have been accepted as a transfer (junior) to American International College, in Springfield MA. I was just curious if anybody went there, their experiences and the program's reputation.

I also got into St. Joseph College in West Hartford CT & Elms College in Chicopee, MA.

I want to figure out where to go! I am going for my BS in Nursing & BA in History.

    Hi there,
I'm graduating from AIC this May, and like any nursing program, nothing is perfect. However, I feel that I have recieved a great nursing education. The reputation is is very high for the Springfield area, but because it's small places out towards Boston have never heard of it. From talking to other students, AIC and ELMS are on the same level for how intense the program is.
Our clinicals are done at Baystate Medical Center, or Holyoke Medical Center for med-surg because the class sizes are growing. I was Holyoke and had a great experience. All clinicals there after are done at BMC. I can honestly say that I feel very prepared for my upcoming nursing career. Please feel free to PM me with any other questions, I'd be happy to help you.
