?One of the things that has helped me in my journey is that I tend to see things on the flip side. 

I don’t fear the pain of failing as much as the missed opportunity. 

I love achieving and I love growing.

I don’t like being stagnant. 

That is how the 4 better mindsets came to me when tryin to alleviate my stress . I looked to find positive on the negative. Which is actually biblical right? 

??He takes what the enemy means for evil and issues it for good. So, in Him we can always do the same. 

I tell myself that even if something doesn’t go as planned: I can figure out how to use it for good. He will show me! 

This is called finding the positive. 

Or is one of the 4 things I teach for an unstoppable mindset.

My name is Kristi.  I have been a registered nurse for 17 years.  

I recently injured myself to the extent that I cannot return to the bedside. So I looked around at my talents and my options and settled on becoming a nurse medical writer and editor/proofreader. 

I started my new business, Write Shift RN, and have been working on getting it up and running ever since.

So, there you have it, that's me and my newfound ambitions in a nutshell.

How to avoid the top mistakes that most online business owners make?

❌starting something bc you are in love with the outcome, but not the process .

❌ Starting something because it’s simply your passion.

❌Starting anything without scalability 

☑️To avoid the first mistake you have to ask:

1. Is the time required for this actually make this work sensible?
2. Will I enjoy doing it and there for be able to continue it?
3. Will I be able to refine it to make it easier as I go? 

If it’s nothing but hustle and grit, ask yourself if you are actually good with that and if it is in alignment with your overall goals.

This is where I’ve messed up before because I thought that hustling now meant I could spend more time with family later. I thought that was sacrifice for my family and therefore in line with my goals. What I did was play my part in nearly wrecking my family.

Sister you have one life to live if you’re not enjoying it right now it’s not working. ??

☑️To avoid the second mistake you simply need to do your research. I made the mistake of not looking for what other people are searching for. When you know what other people are searching for and you have the answer you become an instant easy resource for them. You don’t have to sell anybody you don’t have to spam anybody you’re just there for them. ?

☑️ Avoiding this third and final mistake is my favorite. Because it’s where I quit feeling “crazy“. What are used to do was measure my daily success by the actions I was doing. 

?Was I staying busy?
? Was I checking all the boxes? 

That was the wrong way to look at it. 

what I should’ve been looking at is where is the money coming in the most? But, to be honest with my old business I couldn’t tell where the money was coming in I was doing all the work and I would randomly have something work but there was no way to measure it.

Now everything that I do has a system to it if something doesn’t work I tweak it until it does. This makes it fun but it also makes The outcome controllable & the income predictable.
