So it's that time of year again...WalkAmerica! Any of you NICU nurses walking? I did it last year (the year before I was working the night before and the night of so I wanted to sleep) and I'm walking again this year on April 29. We put together a team and this year we have alot of nurses walking!

I'm walking too, trying to get more nurses from my unit to join me, but so far only 1 taker! Wish me luck in motivating my fellow RNs.

We're all walking, and then having our NICU graduate reunion afterward in the park!!! I was also working nights last time, and couldn't stay awake, let alone walk the 6 miles.....

I'm walking in Belmar, NJ with a bunch of nurses and disease management girls at my new Case Management job. My first time - and I'm really looking forward to it. Hopefully the weather will be better that day than it has been, because I'm not looking forward to walking 5 miles in freezing rain. icky.
