Hi,

I want to know that how many times can you take nclex-

rn exam from state of illinois? Is there any time limitations?means only 3 or 5 times?

I know one thing is that if you take it & if you don't pass within 3 yrs from the date of your application then you have to do some required refresher courses. can someone please let me know that within 3 yrs of the application, how many times can you take nclex?

In Michigan you can take it up to 6 times within 3 years. I live in Arizona now and there is no limit and you don't need any remediation courses.

In Alabama, you can take the NCLEX an unlimited number of times, you just have to resubmit an application, and pay all the necessary fees. I just found out today that I passed the NCLEX-RN, and it was my first try!!!

In TX you can take it as many times within a 4yr period. After that you have to go back to school and start from square one.
