Can anyone give me any information on a mailorder company that has a decent supply of men's nursing supplies such as uniforms, shoes, etc. It has been a constant struggle for the males in my area, including me, to stay within hospital and scholl policy as far as uniforms go. Thanks

Every uniform magazine has a mens section....usually the second to the last page and always slim pickins.

So what are the differences in male vs. female scrubs? Fit-wise I mean. I may like them better. I prefer mens jeans over womens. I just like the fit better.

I tell my hubby that's how I know we were meant for each other - we wear the same jeans!

http://www.lifeuniform.com/

I went to life uniforms and found a Great selection of uniforms that could be considered unisex! I didn't order online but went to an actual store but they probably have about the same online if not more... They have a LOT of basic scrubs in different colors, I think I paid about 9.99 to 12.99 for most of the tops and I did splurge on three pairs of better, (more pockets) pants. My favorite is my pink scrub top!

If you're into prints, there's a website called http://www.crazyscrubs.com that has the most awesome scrub tops. They're unisex and have prints that are great for men or women. I work in peds, so I love fun prints, but it might not be what you're looking for.

Only tried one company so far because I got hosed!

I know where not to shop.

allheart.com

I had posted a thread documenting my progress(or lack of) after giving the three chances to rectify the situation. Just search "allheart.com" on this site to view it.

Took me over a month to get my order and they didn't have a clue as to where it was or when I might recieve it.

I did get some nice computer generated letters that had little to do with my problem though:(

I did get my merchandise, but I think that was just coincidence:rolleyes:

I'm lucky enough to have some "brick and mortar" shops in my area but I may have to go on-line again someday.
