Does anyone know if you can use maggot therapy and still place the patient in the chamber ?

Yes, you can do this. One of the hyperbaric staff here treated a woman with a compromised skin graft. At the time she arrived for treatment, the woman had "maggot therapy" in place. The staff member got the "ok" from the supervising physician. She treated the woman, and the maggots did well. In fact, the maggots said they felt "invigorated" when interviewed after the treatment. :specs:

We tried it with leeches and they burrowed! I don't think we did that again.
